Yes — when the course is built properly. Our online lash courses are extremely in-depth and structured to build skill and confidence step by step. You’ll start with fundamentals like posture, safe tweezer handling and lash isolation, then progress through application techniques, styling, eye and face assessment, and client suitability.

Each module includes smart assessments where you submit short videos and photos of your work for direct, personalised feedback from Joy. This ensures you’re not just watching — you’re actively learning, correcting mistakes and improving technique.

We use a structured feedback system designed to give you clear, actionable guidance. At key checkpoints, you submit photos or short videos demonstrating specific techniques. You’ll receive direct feedback on what’s working, what needs adjusting and exactly how to improve before moving forward.

You’ll also have access to ongoing student support via email if you need help between assessments.

If you pay upfront, access is usually granted within 24 hours. If you choose a payment plan, access is unlocked once 50% of the course fee has been paid. You’ll receive an email with login instructions as soon as access is activated.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive login details for the LashJoy Academy Student Hub. You can access it via the main menu under Academy → Student Hub → Student Login, or through the footer of our website.

Courses can be watched on desktop, tablet or mobile, and you can screen-share to your TV if preferred.
