Shipping policy

At LashJoy we do our best to get your product to you as fast as possible. Please make sure that your order is correct before making your purchase as all sales are final and binding.

Once your order has shipped, the conditions of the return policy will apply. Orders that are refused at the time of delivery will have the conditions of the return policy apply. Orders placed by 1pm AEST Monday to Thursday are guaranteed for dispatching that the same day (*conditions apply). Below are shipping rates for Australia:

A FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150 (excludes Glamcor Lights and Ring Light) $150.00–$1,500.00 Free
Flat Rate 0kg–2kg $9.95
Flat Rate 2.01kg–7kg $25.00

For overseas destinations, customers can expect the following delivery times as indicated by Australia Post or DHL (provider will depend on the destination country, and extra charges may be incurred):

  • New Zealand -                            3-5 business days
  • Asia Pacific -                              5-12 business days
  • Western Europe -                       5-12 business days
  • North America/Middle East -     7-12 business days
  • All other destinations -               8-14 business days

International Orders:
Please ensure you have researched all applicable fees prior to placing your order as International parcels may be subject to import/customs duties imposed by your country’s customs department.
LashJoy is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for international purchases with any import duties, taxes or brokerage charges being the sole responsibility of the customer and paid directly to the relevant customs department.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Please ensure you check your address thoroughly. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.

As we rely on Australia Post or DHL for our overseas postal services, there are occasions where unexpected delays are beyond our control. Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post or DHL, LashJoy is no longer liable for the order. Please note in some cases we do not require a signature for delivery of orders.

ADHESIVES

Due to the sensitive nature of eyelash extension adhesives, orders containing adhesive are only shipped between Monday to Thursday in the warmer months of the year. This to minimise the risk of the adhesive sitting in a hot uncontrolled environment for a long period of time. This is to protect your salon.
