HOW TO REDEEM

With every purchase, LashJoy Reward Points accumulate automatically in your LashJoy account.

Here's how the point redemption process works: the points act like a currency; when you spend your points on a reward, the points are taken off in exchange for a coupon code that you then apply at checkout.

This code will stay active until you actually use it in a purchase. But, if you don't end up using the code right away, you can always find your codes in your rewards panel, under 'Your Rewards'.

You can spend your LashJoy Rewards Points whenever you want, but you can only redeem rewards when you make a purchase, and only 1 reward code can be used at a time.

How do I earn points?

Shopping for your favourite LashJoy products! Earn 5 points for every $1 you spend excluding any shipping fees or taxes. Plus, earn points for following us on Instagram, submitting reviews and more. To see all the ways you can Reward Points, visit "Way to Redeem" under rewards tab.

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

Your points balance will show in the "Your Rewards" section at the bottom of the screen. Click on the points amount to see your points history. 

How do I know if I have enough points to redeem on a product?

Click on the LashJoy Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen to find your current points balance and to see the required number of pints for each reward.

How long do I have to use my LashJoy Rewards Points before they expire?

LashJoy Rewards Points are valid for 6 months from when they are first earned. We will notify you via email if ever you have unused points that are due to expire.
