Customer Update: Our Response to COVID-19-LashJoy

To all of our valued LashJoy customers worldwide, we'd like to personally update you on the evolving 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and the precautions we’re currently taking at LashJoy. 

Our Response

At present, our warehouse is continuing to trade our regular hours of operation, however to minimise risk of exposure we've suspended all pick up collections until further notice.

We have always been known for super-fast shipping as majority of our orders are sent express as standard for $9.95, which means for most Australian based customers their orders will be received within 1-2 business days.

We are also actively monitoring the World Health Organisation, CDC and Australian Government situation updates to ensure that we follow the latest advice.

The current guidelines are that anyone who has travelled to a high risk country/region, or has come into direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days must seek medical advice and isolate themselves.

On top of following this advice ourselves, we kindly ask that our customers do so as well for their own safety, and that of their employees and customers.

Health & Safety Measures in Place

• All non-essential staff have been asked to work from home until further notice.

• All warehouse staff have been trained to regularly wash their hands and use hand sanitizer frequently whilst packing orders.

• We have hired an external company to conduct a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) audit and inspection to ensure we are operating as safely as possible at all times.

Update On Product Availability

Whilst we have healthy stock levels for most products, now might be a good time to stock up on the essentials (adhesive, lashes, eyepads etc.) to ensure your business can continue to run uninterrupted in the event we run out of certain products.

One of the things we have always recommended is to have an "emergency kit" put aside with enough product to cover you for 30 days.

Unfortunately, there are some products that are either running very low, or are out of stock for now.

In particular, our supply of Vogmasks is extremely limited with only a few sizes remaining and there is no update yet from Vogmask as to when they will be taking new orders, so it could be some time before these are back in stock.

Due to global shipping being affected which is causing delays for every industry, we ask that our customers please be patient and understand that this is beyond our control.

For products that have sold out, instead of contacting us to ask when the item will be back in stock, the best method is to register for "in stock alerts" so that as soon as we add quantity to our website you will be the first to be notified.
