Important Safety Instructions

• Do not exceed the recommended application time. Leaving the lotion on for longer than directed may cause damage to the lashes.
• Do not use if the client has recent eye surgery or a history of allergic reactions to lash lifting or perming solutions.
• If the client experiences redness, swelling, or irritation during use, discontinue immediately and rinse thoroughly with water.
• Avoid direct sunlight and keep the product in a cool, dry place.
• Wear gloves during application to prevent skin contact.
• Perform a patch test 24 hours before use to check for any allergic reactions.
• Use only as directed. Improper use may result in damage to natural lashes or skin.

Returns:

We offer store credit or exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless faulty.

• Australia (via Australia Post): Standard shipping $9.95 (under 500g), Express $14.95. Free Express on orders $200+.
• International (via DHL Express): 3-5 business days to most countries. Rates based on weight, typically $20-$30 for under 500g. Free for orders $300+.
• Click & Collect: Available for Brisbane customers from our Fortitude Valley store, Mon-Fri, 10 am-4 pm. Most orders ready within 1 hour; wait for confirmation.
