Lash Lift Appointment Procedure (Express)

Client Preparation

Have the client sign the release/consultation form, then take before photos. Cleanse the lashes thoroughly and dry completely with a fan before applying eye pads under the lower lashes.

Lash Placement

Measure the lashes to choose the appropriate shield or rod size. Apply glue to the shield and stick it onto the eyelid. Use a lash lift tool or Y comb to straighten the lashes before the glue cures. Continue working across the lash line, ensuring all lashes are neatly lifted & secure.

Double-Check

Check for any issues, such as flipped lashes, excess glue, or missed lashes. Photograph the lash & lotion placement for styling & troubleshooting records.

Application of Lotion #1

Set a timer for each eye before applying Lotion #1. Once the time is up, use a damp cotton tip to remove the lotion. If any lashes have lifted off the shield, re-glue them back in place.

Application of Lotion #2

Apply Lotion #2 evenly. After the processing time, remove Lotion #2 with a damp cotton tip. Use a damp micro brush to dissolve the glue & clean away any remaining residue.

Tinting & Final Steps

Reapply the eye pads if lines the lashes with tint/water. Reapply the eye pads under the lower lashes. Apply tint to the lashes as required, then allow the tint to develop for 5–7 minutes. After processing, remove the eye pads again & rinse the tint thoroughly.

Finishing Touches

Brush through the lashes & generously apply Step 3 Miracle Cream. Brush through the hair to lock in hydration & shine. Finish by providing aftercare advice to the client and take after photos.

Brow Lamination Appointment Procedure (Express)

Client Preparation

Have the client sign the release/consultation form to confirm their suitability for the lamination procedure. Then, take before photos of their brows.

Initial Cleansing

Cleanse the brow area thoroughly using a silicone spoolie & suitable cleanser to remove all makeup, skincare, & oils.

Application of Lotion #1

Apply LOTION #1 generously to one eyebrow at a time using a minimal skin contact. Brush the hairs in the desired final direction. Be mindful not to overprocess resistant or baby hairs for more than 30 seconds extra. Set a timer for each brow based on hair thickness & density, & be mindful to neutralise within that processing time. Remove LOTION #1 with damp cotton rounds to neutralise lotion.

Application of Lotion #2

Apply LOTION #2 in the same manner, ensuring minimal skin contact. Brush the hairs in the desired direction & repeat for the second brow. Remove with damp cotton rounds to neutralise lotion.

Tinting & Hair Removal

After LOTION #2 is removed, if desired, proceed with the tinting or dyeing process, as well as any necessary hair removal.

Finishing Touches

Blot the brows dry. Finally, generously apply Step #3 Miracle Cream. Brush through the brows to distribute the product evenly. Take after photos & provide aftercare advice to the client to ensure proper maintenance of the laminated brows.
