During this comprehensive 2 Day masterclass, we will teach you the technique personally created by Joy Crossingham to create beautiful 2D - 8D Russian Volume Full Sets with ease working with 0.05, 0.07 and 0.085 diameter lashes.
This is the same technique Joy has used to win numerous local and international lash competitions, and it's also the same technique used by our LashJoy Academy students to win countless competitions and awards.
LashJoy training is best described as highly “Pracademic”, meaning we teach you not only expert practical application skills (that work in the real world) but also the essential theory to understand the "why" behind everything we do.
This is our recipe for creating countless award-winning, exceptionally talented and successful Lash Stylists over the years.
LashJoy Academy classes are student-focused and capped at 4-6 students, with multiple senior staff involved in the running of each course to ensure every student receives plenty of attention and guidance.
Upon completing the course requirements and payment has been made in full, you will receive a “Certificate of Achievement” certifying you as a Volume Eyelash Extension Specialist by Joy Crossingham of LashJoy Academy.

Applying to enrol is very easy! Simply select your course dates and choose a payment method – you can pay upfront or use our payment plan option.
Once you have completed the checkout process, you’ll receive a confirmation email asking you to complete your enrolment form. Please do this straight away to finalise your application.
If you’ve selected the payment plan option, you’ll be redirected to set that up next. The whole process should take you less than 15 minutes!
Once we’ve processed your application, we’ll be in touch via phone and email with some more details about your course.

In addition to the two full days of comprehensive training, as a LashJoy student, you will also receive:
Our Volume Courses are only suitable for Lash Stylist’s with a minimum of 3 months full-time experience and who are able to apply a full set of classic lashes in under 1 hour 45 minutes with no two natural lashes stuck together (Stickies) and zero extensions touching the skin.
As this is an Advanced Lash Course, it's important that you are already quite confident with your classic lash fundamentals before attending.
After meeting the course requirements, you'll be issued a Certificate of Completion certifying you as a Volume Eyelash Extension Specialist by Joy Crossingham of LashJoy Academy.
While we typically have 50% or more of our students attend from interstate or overseas, you may wish to consider one of our Online Courses instead if you cannot travel to Brisbane.

I was fortunate enough to utilise the promotion where I signed up for the in person course however couldn’t attend for a while due to Covid lockdowns therefore the academy sent me the online course material for free to practice. The practice and knowledge I got from the 12 week online course was invaluable for me and my confidence when I attended the 5 day course in person. The little handy adjustments here and tricks there that Joy taught me in the in person course has increased my skill dramatically and I can safely say that I am very confident with applying a full set of classic lashes to a high standard.
