REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, LashJoy is unable to accept any products for returns and exchanges.
If a product should be deemed defective due to a manufacturer defect, please contact LashJoy via email (email@example.com) with your order number to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and Return Form. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase. Products returned without a Return Form will be discarded.
Please note: NO REFUNDS are permitted on Sale items.
All returns will be managed on a case by case basis. All returns that are not the result of a manufacturer defect must be unopened and in the original packaging. All return postage and insurance charges will be at the expense of the buyer. Return packages must be sent with tracking details and the products must be sufficiently protected from damage. LashJoy is not responsible for any items lost in transit or for any breakages that occur in transit. For returns that are due to change of mind or that are not the result of a manufacturer defect these will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the product value.
For exchange requests, please be mindful that the time taken for your exchanged products to be received will depend on where you live.
